At Grace and Meadow, we pour passion and care into every product we create, using only the highest-quality natural ingredients. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and purity, all sales are final—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or is Lost
We understand how frustrating it can be when an order doesn’t arrive as expected. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@graceandmeadow.com within 30 days of your order date, and we will be happy to assist you. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes—this includes adjusting items, combining orders, or updating shipping details.

Why We Can’t Accept Returns for Scent, Texture, or Color

These variations are a natural part of working with pure ingredients and do not affect product performance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personal preference reasons.
Handling Natural Products with Care
To ensure your products stay fresh and effective:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid introducing water into the containers.
- If a product melts in transit (especially tallow-based creams and body butters), place it in a cool room or refrigerator to solidify—this does not affect quality.
By purchasing from Grace and Meadow, you acknowledge that slight changes in consistency may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds due to melting or texture changes upon arrival.
